I offer shipping worldwide

Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer

please view the service I am offering at checkout.

Tracking will be added to the order once available.

I will not be held responsible for any damage the postal service may cause to the outer packaging and will do my best to ensure doll is properly protected for the journey.

RETURNS

Before returning I kindly ask that you notify me within 14 days of receipt.- 

The doll must be returned in the same new unused condition as received including additional items.

Delivery Charges are non refundable and the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning.

If you require a swap for a different doll you will need to return the original doll as above and place a new order.
