I have created Princess Charlotte from the 'Princess Charlotte 1Yrs old' sculpt, This gorgeous sculpt was originally created as a replica of the real Princess Charlotte at 1 years old, I decided to make my Charlotte with Blonde hair and blue eyes I have kept her name as Charlotte but you could obviously change this.

I have taken lots of pictures of Charlotte which are available to view via my Facebook page (link - Facebook) and Instagram where I have given her a full photo album of over 60 pictures for further viewing.

(all her pictures have been taken in my workshop using a ring light as the weather is a little to dreary for natural sun light)

I have used Genesis heat set paints to build up her skin tones, tipped and sealed nails, painted eyebrows, lightly varnished lips and I used a matte varnish medium to complete her soft skin paint work.

Charlotte is a realistic size toddler weighing 8.5lbs and can sitting up all by herself.

Charlotte has a specially made soft cloth body with full loading arms and legs, her legs are slightly bent to help her sit. 

Charlotte is evenly weighted in her legs and arms using crushed glass beads and virgin fibre fill, I have weighted her head and she has weight in her bottom which i have surrounded with fibre fill. her head is floppy but can be positioned upright.

I have hand rooted Charlottes hair using the finest quality mohair from Susan Nagels "super deluxe mohair" in natural baby blonde, this took me over 25 hours to root, if you decide to wash Charlottes hair please take care to do so and keep in mind that its longer so you will need a comb to reduce tangling, however this hair is amazing when wet and really easy to brush, I have sealed her hair inside with glue.

Charlottes beautiful glass eyes are hand blown dark blue 'Lauscha' glass eyes from Germany , these eyes are stunning and amazing quality.

Charlotte is roughly the size of a real 1 year old, she is very large and could be awkward for a younger collector to move around. If you are considering adopting Charlotte for a younger collector, please keep in mind that Charlotte is a big girl and NOT A TOY I have not made her with the intentions that she is given to a child she is ART and contains small parts, She MUST be handled with LOVE. 

 Charlotte has a magnet fitted behind her mouth to hold her magnetic dummy  (The magnets I use are extremely strong neo magnets these can be potentially unsafe around pacemakers, PLEASE message me if these need to be removed)

Charlotte will be prepared with a lovely box opening, she will come home in a large box along with the new clothing shown and other new bits and pieces
